Suggestion to modify the app
It would be very helpful if the app allowed users to paste GPS coordinates directly into the pickup or destination search box. This feature would make it much easier to select precise locations, especially in areas where addresses are inaccurate or unavailable.

Very Bad Experience
My experience with Baly was very disappointing. When the driver arrived, he asked me to pay an extra amount on top of the fare shown in the app, which is completely unacceptable.
