Horrible customer service
Very poor customer service and after-sales support. I’ve been involved in two car accidents, both of which I reported, yet I have received no resolution or response from the customer care team. There seems to be zero effort to address customer concerns or ensure customer satisfaction. A deeply disappointing experience.

Delivery
Terrible delivery service. Driver had some bike issues and was at the same place for more than 30 minutes. Called them 30 mins later only for them to inform me this and said he will take another 30mins just to fix this issue and my order will be delivered only after that. Please have some sense to call and inform the customer if the order will be delayed. Had to cancel in the end.
