Careem plus scam
I keep getting enrolled on careem plus without my consent, its the third time they charge for careem plus

أحياناً السائق يرفض الرحلة لأعتقاده بأن السعر منخفض ويطلب من الراكب إلغاء الرحلة وهذا الإختيار غير موجود في اسباب الغاء الرحلة فنرجوا إضافته لها مع الشكر.

I go always with careem they are best app for safety once I let my mom go to her parents house at 11pm because I know that they are safest app but there is one problem about the app that there are few taxi drivers making this wonderful app get low rating I just hope they see more about the taxi drivers and thank you

⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely disappointing experience with Careem Food
This was my first time using Careem Food, and unfortunately it was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
I placed an order in Jordan that was supposed to arrive within 10–15 minutes. Instead, I waited for almost two hours. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that my order was “almost there.” By approximately 1:30 AM, after waiting far beyond the promised delivery time, I called again and asked to cancel the order.
The food was never delivered, yet I was still charged 12 JOD, plus approximately 3.5% in international bank fees.
What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Communication with the representative was extremely difficult, and the handling of the situation did not feel professional. I was initially offered 60 JOD in Careem Wallet credit, but I clearly explained that I was leaving Jordan and needed my money returned to my original payment method—not locked in a wallet I would no longer be using.
I have now been told that my 12 JOD refund may take up to 14–15 days.
Think about that: I received no food, waited nearly two hours until 1:30 AM, had to deal with repeated inaccurate delivery promises, was charged anyway, and now have to wait weeks to get my own money back.
I was traveling with my children that night, and because of this experience, I did not even have food for my kids that night.
For a company operating a major delivery platform, this is simply unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with Careem. This was my first experience with the app, and based on how this situation was handled—from the extremely late delivery, to the failure to deliver, to the cancellation and refund process—I would not recommend Careem Food to anyone.
Careem needs to take responsibility for what happened and improve its customer service and refund process. Customers should not have to fight to get their money back for an order they never received.

Horrible customer service after sale they never solve issues raised by customers they always have a reason to cover for their faults don’t ever order food thru them

Tried and tried to reach out after very loyal service. So so disappointed

Sent Money twice but unfortunately first their team were giving false statement that beneficiary bank was rejecting the payment and now they have just informed its their partners after 10 emails exchange and talking over the call .

تطبيق جيد جداً بصراحة وفيه سواق جيدين الا انه للاسف الشديد يجعل الدفع الالكتروني والنقدي معاً مما يسبب التباس واحراجات لرفض بعض السواق الدفع الالكتروني!
Shocking experience
Terrible update. Hard to use. Made me subscribe to Careem plus before booking a ride. New ride booking system is seriously worst UX of a ride share app EVER.

Zero customer support, you'll send them a photo of what you received it doesnt matter if the restaurant just denies it. Pathetic customer service

Charged me for every ride even though I paid for the day pass and was supposed to get 10 minutes free per ride. Then they have an automated AI response to every question raised on their contact page
