Great coffee, awful app
Balzac has great coffee but a TERRIBLE app. It hardly ever works. Even the baristas complain about it. Any time I have contact head office to seek improvement, they ignore. Better customer service please!
Redeeming Points
redeeming points on the app is horrible. I have too choose from the list of items listed I can’t choose my own item like an iced latte. Plus the adding of the $5 gift card to check out should be free not charge me $5. Please update this feature
Please fix the app
You app does not let one select Oat Milk. It is greyed out for all your products at Distillery and Market (did not try anymore) and yet there is plenty of Oat Milk at both locations. So it renders it impossible to order any coffee/drink with Oat Milk as a milk substitute! Thanks. On iOS 17.5.1 - iPhone 14 Pro Max.

what happened to my Account!
I’ve discovered there is no way for me to recover my credentials and/ or update the credit card info tied to my Profile.
No useful help or FAQ Links in the app. Very Frustrating. I had to stop using the App. I don’t know how to contact support for this app. Although I really like shopping at The Coffee company it was created for. I an Not recommending this App

Please! Fix! Rewards
I am begging, pleading on bended knee for the devs to fix the reward redemption system. You can only choose a reward drink out of a specific list of drinks and treats and there’s no possible way to order ahead using points. I’ve been sitting on a balance for a long enough period of time, please make this easier to use.

Super convenient
The order ahead saves me a lot of time when I have classes or work and need a quick drink to go. No need to wait in a line! Payment is also super easy and quick.
Awkward
If you want to claim to Rewards at the same time you have to do one at a time and after doing the first one before doing the second one you have to close the app down completely
Crash
Open app and crashes! Can’t get points! Also double charged my order! 😠
Terrible app
This app has so many bugs! Super frustrating to use. And the worse part is none of the employees know how to use it either, so it’s almost impossible to redeem your points. It stopped accepting my credit card because it expires in a month and half… ridiculous! I haven’t even received the new card from my bank, but Balzac’s app won’t accept my current one any longer. Love their coffee, hate the app! They should look at the Starbucks app and learn some pointers.

Black hole of points
There isn’t anyway to use your points. None of the staff at their locations know how to use the app. There aren’t any instructions on how to trade pints in for products. Great for ordering and that’s about it.
Great for order ahead but not for redeeming
Love that I can order ahead. The redeem function on the points is not intuitive at all and very complicated. There is also no explanation on how to do it. Even the people who work at my Balzac’s find it confusing. I have over 5k points and can’t redeem. Very disappointing.

Simple and Beautiful UI
Great UX and UI design. Has a small issue with the older iPhone SE screen size but otherwise great design.
Having issues with my app
I’m still having trouble with the app stopped working in the spring - tried to get it to work but still nothing.
Good app
Good experience using this app so far - never gives me issues and the reward discount is pretty decent.

The update really has improved the app. Excited for when I will be able to order ahead in Stratford.
