Not Refundable!
Bought my ticket through Trip.com. Did not include my middle name in the ticket. When talk to a customer service, they can’t even do it and the ticket is not refundable.

You have stopped me using your airline company many times.. I can’t get any information about flights in English…I have had your App a long time…nothing is available in English.. Please can you do something about this…

Awful app, awful customer service at HCM
I used airpaz to book tickets for bamboo airways and had a horrible experience. I will never use this airlines again. First off AirPaz messed up the names and swapped the first and last names on our tickets which I was charged a fee to switch. This process was made more confusing due to incompetence of the workers in HCM city. They had us do two circles between the baggage check and two different customer service desks. Due to a mistyping in one of the tickets we had to buy an entire new ticket. I requested a name change via email and never heard from any representative.

Unusable
Since system upgrade in September, I’m unable to log in via the app. I’m still able to log in via website.
I was told to delete then reinstall the app. Still not working.
Then I’m told to change my password. I could not do that in neither the app nor website.
Then I’m told not to use “&” in my password. You probably guessed by now: NOT WORKING!
Unfortunate there is no ZERO star rating.
Probably something to do with being First-tier member 😉

Lots of bugs
Downloaded the app as we are travelling with them soon but it’s terrible.
It finds my husband in the family set up then tells me he isn’t recognised.
We haven’t had a good experience with the airline as yet either. Cancelled or delayed flights has already started and we haven’t even left home.

One-star app
For a “five-star orientated airline”, the app and website is anything but. Can’t even manage a simple change of flight request and make a payment.
Account not working
I dont understand you are big brand airline in Việt Nam and you have a bad app for booking flight. My account can work on website but app is not, although everything is fine. Improve your system and you can bring Quyet Back. Thank!

Can be better
Setting a currency in AUD but still comes up with Vietnam $ . And better to show total price before passenger information instead in the end.
A bit of a nightmare
Trying to book a trip from Melbourne to Da Nang is not straightforward on this app. You need to book each leg separately. Not sure why you would use the app instead of using the website.
