I remain very unhappy that the bank has not recognized its part in the fraudulent transfer of €19.000 out of my account.
I submit most strongly that the bank holds responsibility BECAUSE the fraudster was in FULL possession of ALL my personal details AND the business processes and documentation of the bank!
Please be aware that I will pursue my claim against the bank via every channel. And if discrete claims do not work I intend to broadcast my claim via the media. That wold not be a good ”look” for an organisation that received national recognition yesterday for its prudence and sound management!

Unnecessarily difficult to access
I’ve had so many access issues for no good reason. I set up face recognition and very once in a while it just stops working and it is unclear how to access the app again. Awfully irritating.
