I remain very unhappy that the bank has not recognized its part in the fraudulent transfer of €19.000 out of my account.
I submit most strongly that the bank holds responsibility BECAUSE the fraudster was in FULL possession of ALL my personal details AND the business processes and documentation of the bank!
Please be aware that I will pursue my claim against the bank via every channel. And if discrete claims do not work I intend to broadcast my claim via the media. That wold not be a good ”look” for an organisation that received national recognition yesterday for its prudence and sound management!

Unnecessarily difficult to access
I’ve had so many access issues for no good reason. I set up face recognition and very once in a while it just stops working and it is unclear how to access the app again. Awfully irritating.

This app is totally useless if you want to use it with your iPhone. Approximately the third or fourth time you go to access the app it fails to open, which means you need to delete it and then download it again which then requires you to go through all the security settings all over again. I don’t have a tablet or computer therefore my phone is my only option for online access

Unstable when trying to log on

The app does not appear to work on my newly purchased iPhone 14 pro max I just get a green rotating circle but it never actually appears It worked perfectly on my old iPhone 7?

Imposible gestionar desde fuera de España
Es un sistema en el que si por lo que seas pasas largas temporadas fuera de España, te deniega el acceso cada poco tiempo y reactivarlo es un tormento en tiempo.

Not user friendly - the constant signing in is a pain.
Also the debit figures shown in yellow on my account and you can hardly see it.
The layout is not good.
Sound of my voice security I do t want to give because it is not necessary and as a foreign my Spanish with not be accepted. If you press the button “don’t remind me again” it is there again each time you sign on.
No you have a long way to go in order to get a 5 star rating.

Change not always for the best!
The app used to be in portrait mode, but now it’s landscape and not as visually navigable, often freezing, failing to load. So disappointing, previous versions were amazing!
Terrible on iPad
On an iPad the menu on the right blocks the content on the left making it useless.

Useless on my iPad
I bring up my account with the list of transactions, but the amounts are covered by a permanent sidebar, so no matter what you try, you cannot view the amounts. Totally useless.
