No longer sends orders
Used to work fine. Vendor support says my account is fine and in great standing. And after 3 support calls still no orders for about 2 months. No way for me to test. Have loaded on both Android and Apple.
Very fustrating
You would think after all these years this app would be functioning properly. It still has major issues. I miss request notifications which means money out of my pocket. Please redevelop this app or at least try to update it.
App needs work
I have to delete and reinstall app several time a week. My profile does not even come up until I reinstall the app
Connection Issues When on LTE/5G (iOS 17.0)
(I understand that iOS 17 is still in beta; I'm simply reporting a potential significant issue.) The iPhone app loses its internet connection while on LTE/5G. It functions correctly upon initial launch but loses connection either after checking order details or once the app has been in the background. When connection is lost, the "LOADING" message appears on top and the list of assigned orders vanishes. A restart of the app temporarily fixes the issue until it recurs. This problem does not occur when using WiFi, and no other apps on the device are experiencing similar issues. Other than that, all good.

not getting notifications
I am not getting notifications on my iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled please let me know what else I should do.

Despicable, I tried so hard to work with this company and they go out of their way to make sure you don’t get in. Lol

Poor execution on iPhone platform
I have been working with Bancserv almost 18 years. At first this app was pretty good. However, they have apparently ignored the fact it does not work well on this platform. Apparently they've spent most of their time working on the android version. The result of this is that many orders bypass iPhone users to favor android users. That's not a very good way to select Notaries to do the work for you. I've tried speaking to the main IT guy at Bancserv and he won't respond to my emails. Unfortunate.

It’s hit and miss
Heartbroken
I love working for Bancserv. However, that income has stopped entirely due to this app. It started as a slowdown to where I would miss assignments immediately, progressed to no notifications at all, and now I can’t even log on without getting a message to check my account info. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app, changed my pin, rebooted my phone, watched the creator’s YouTube videos, contacted Bancserv, all to no avail. I don’t know where to go next.

Needs a whole redesign
I love working for Bancserv however the app needs a whole new redesign. I can no longer see my profile for weeks and even though my information is fine on the web version, on the App version I can see nothing. And when I get a quick notification even with the app open there’s still nothing there. I think they really need to look into this especially when notaries are out on the field.

Great company but app is awful
I love working with Bancserv, however the app is the worst ever. I have to continuously delete the app and reload it multiple times a day. My profile and information gets deleted and I don’t get notifications. It’s so frustrating.

The company is great but the app is terrible. One of the worst apps.
This app doesn’t use technology efficiently and Bancserv employees do not care about feedback
I have asked multiple employees to add a feature to send a reminder as a fail safe, but all of them more or less ignore me or tell me to go pound sand (they say it without saying it….but they absolutely ARE saying it)
Most of the other notary apps and websites have a little more contact to help you out…..so that let’s say you’re highly distracted when you accept a signing and you forget to put it in your calendar (especially for same day signings!!!), the other sites and apps send more contact in the form of emails or some kind or reminders.
Bancserv refuses to do so. They do not even want to add a feature to make it easy to add a signing to your calendar like some of the other companies do, i.e. Amrock, Signature Closers etc where all you have to do is hit a button to add it to your calendar. Other companies welcome feedback and work on improvement, but Bancserv tells you to pound sand if you ask for improvement.

What’s happened?
I am encountering the same problem. The app keeps going blank and I have to reload it several times a day, also causing me to miss signing offers.
Constantly crashes
I have to reinstall this app sometimes 2-3x a day. Restarting your phone will sometimes help. Please fix
Freeezes!
This app is not working properly. I get notifications and it automatically freezes and the screen is blank. I literally have to delete the app and re-download it to respond to a request!!
App not productive with IOS
App does not work well with iOS at all. I have to delete the app and download again frequently throughout the day causing me to miss many opportunities.
Very poor quality
I’m sorry but this app does NOT work. You get a notification but then the screen is blank and the app freezes. You can’t see the assignment. By the time you uninstall and reinstall the job is gone. I can’t recall the last time I got a job from Bancserv through this app. I wish someone would care enough to ask IT to fix the app.
