Great app…
Killer App
Bandbond Review (May 2022)
The Bandbond team has created something special with this app for rock and metal bands and fans alike. The user community within the app is amazing, inclusive, and global. All are welcome to share their passions — which are not just restricted to musical interests (e.g. share your recent holiday, photos of pets, etc.) — and the new muting function allows you to filter the content you see, if needed.
The band/artist list continues to grow as the end user population grows. As of this review, there are approximately 918 ‘member’ bands, with 3638 ‘member’ artists/musicians. These ‘members’ have chosen to participate in the app with an enhanced profile page. There are many, many… many… more non-member bands and artists whose social media feeds are being imported to Bandbond for your enjoyment.
Besides typical UI/UX improvements, the most recent major feature releases included the app’s Events calendar. You can now browse upcoming album/EP/single releases, upcoming shows in your area (or around the world), and upcoming festivals — the latest addition to Events, complete with performance schedules and venue maps as available.
I am very grateful to the Bandbond team for taking the risk to start this venture for the rock and metal community. I haven’t fully replaced my social media accounts with Bandbond, but this is where I choose to socialize.
The app and its user community continue to grow and evolve, and I am excited for its future! Cheers and many horns up to you, Bandbond! 🤘🏻🍻
Great USP, responsive developers
This app is for you.
The development team is not some abstract entity in Silicon Valley - they are dedicated fans who are genuine about making something useful and they will respond to feedback.
Perfect Newfeed for Metal Bands!
Nach Update auf 2.0 nicht mehr zu gebrauchen

Hello, if you are a registered user, just log in and your bonds will appear. If you are an unregistered user you unfortunately have to add your bonds again. In the 2.0 ALL bands are listed in the ‘Explore’ section under the ‘All bands’ tab, which means that you don’t have to search for specific bands in the search bar. You can just scroll through the list and pick the bands you want to follow. For the 2.0 update we implemented features that makes it possible for Bandbond to grow in the future - and this was the only way to go about it. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
