iOS version has a serious issue
I had subscribed to Metal Hammer for some time then cancelled. I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. The app shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but the app thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with the app or, to be fair, the iOS version of it.

I downloaded the Metal Hammer app to try and order a physical copy of the latest edition.
I paid £3.99 and then a download started on my phone! It wasn’t made clear to me at all that i was only buying a download! I wanted, and thought i was purchasing an actual physical real printed copy.
I can’t hand a digital copy to my son, you can’t stick a poster in a download to your wall.
Not impressed at all, if i don’t get a refund, that £3.99 is the last money Metal Hammer will get from me.
