iOS version has a serious issue
I had subscribed to Metal Hammer for some time then cancelled. I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. The app shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but the app thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with the app or, to be fair, the iOS version of it.

I downloaded the Metal Hammer app to try and order a physical copy of the latest edition.
I paid £3.99 and then a download started on my phone! It wasn’t made clear to me at all that i was only buying a download! I wanted, and thought i was purchasing an actual physical real printed copy.
I can’t hand a digital copy to my son, you can’t stick a poster in a download to your wall.
Not impressed at all, if i don’t get a refund, that £3.99 is the last money Metal Hammer will get from me.

Issues have disappeared and won't download
The title says it all. I purchased he latest issue and not only will it not download, but ALL of my purchases are gone. I've tried the restore library function and nothing shows up. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, and STILL nothing. What can I do to get my issues back?

Recent update has made this app useless. Tried emailing for a solution and still haven't had a reply!!! Please fix ASAP!!!
Metal Hammer.
Having masses of problems with this app since ios8 upgrade. I cannot access any of my issues including the latest one. I have tried to get it sorted out with Team Rock, but they keep saying the same things to try which don't work! What makes it worse is I renewed my years subscription just before the ios8 upgrade. Sort it out Team Rock!

So easy to use. Lots of things to fiddle with and slide. Picture galleries are the best bit. If there was less Babymetal it would be perfect.

I saw the new app loaded the free issue what a mess the new app is.Hope they get wind of this they will lose lots money over time.....
Disappointing
New issues don't appear (they do on the Google Play App). I have emailed customer service 3 times and no one has got back to me. I buy Metal Hammer every month but feel like they don't value your custom.
Issues.
New issues don't appear on release and take a week or more to pop up in the app. Push notifications are great and all but not when you click and see nothing new.
