Cannot Change Shipping Address
I subscribe to a label on Bandcamp which sends me records quarterly… from the UK. I’ve moved since I signed up. There is nowhere in Bandcamp’s app or website to change one’s shipping address. The FAQ refers to a section of the website which simply doesn’t exist. Lesson: don’t sign up for a subscription, or don’t plan on a relocation once you do sign up.

Urgent bug fix needed.

Every time i have unfollowed an artist… the next time i open Bandcamp i am following that artist again. i keep notified about artists i don’t care about. i’ve tried signing out, deleting the app, reinstalling, logging back in and checking. and it is still happening! super frustrating bug. PLEASE FIX THIS!

lazy development
Obviously, the app itself doesn't reflect the quality of music you can find. That is and always will be great because of the artists.
The app itself, however, is just ok and oftentimes outright annoying.
It's taken over a decade to finally get to a point where you can buy music on the mobile app. Thankfully that was changed. But still, tapping a bandcamp link, within an artists post for example, will not open within the app, but instead in Safari. Maybe this is
so you don't loose your place in the article, but it's cumbersome nonetheless.
Have an issue with a purchase and didn't receive merch? Well bandcamp is going to make you do the work to sort things out and message the artist yourself, but you can't do that on the app. You instead have to move over to the desktop version just to get this done.
Instead of fixing basic quality issues such as these, we got a playlist and queue option. I guess this was inevitable and perhaps useful to some users, but it feels a bit out of touch. Almost like a ploy to appeal to people who are moving over from Spotify or Apple music.
One final note: I can't tell you how many times I've tried to search for something, checking and double checking my spelling, only to be met with "no artist found" or a bunch of extraneous results. Then by some mix of magic and mystery, I find what I'm looking for, but that required searching the label, a song, or just following a link from some other place like instagram / link-tree. But of course, that link doesn't open in the app either, nor is there an option to do so from Safari.

I LOVELOVELOVE the way that the "your feed" section isn't based on a weird, AI-curated algorithm of music the app THINKS I will like, and instead is made up of artists and genres that I actually CHOOSE to follow.
And the anti-Ai-scraping part of the terms and agreements is just the cherry on top of a huge pile of cherries. I hope the Bandcamp developers are proud of what they've made, because it's genuinely so refreshing to have a music platform that actually supports artists and an authentic listening experience. THANK YOUUU

AI trolled me on Bandcamp
I got trolled by AI. I bought a piece of music because I felt a human connection with the writer and I got suckered. What hurt the most was realizing how bad my taste in music can be.
I reached out to Bandcamp and heard nothing back. Maybe they don’t have the resources to respond. Maybe they just don’t care.
There are many talented human artists on Bandcamp, but now every time I open the app I remember how I got suckered like a chump.

Sign up bug
Sign up for new account in app takes me through a loop where I need email confirmation, and when I go to confirm via email I need to be logged in
Volume control issues
If I am streaming from the app, the volume often changes when I do not even have the app visible or sometimes even when I am not touching the phone. I think that it has something to do with being able to control the volume using the hidden swipe gesture on the app's album art screen combined with there possibly being some iOS bug with that feature that allows that to happen even when the album art screen is not visible. It is driving me crazy. I just go to scroll something or just swipe up on my phone and it cranks up the volume on Bandcamp. It makes the app almost unusable. Also, the help page for the app does not exist.

Massive improvement needed
This has to be the hardest platform imaginable for end users.. has any decent market research taken place? I want to use this platform because the artists get more out of it but it is that user unfriendly I tend to avoid it. Issues: Finding artists, being able to buy songs, sometimes there’s only a wishlist & others a download option, finding the songs you’ve brought, playing the songs you’ve brought, why do I have to queue if I want to continuously listen to my songs.. list goes on.

Zero support
I have bought two albums and told to DL this app/ to listen and can’t find the album DL. They’re absolutely ZERO support or link to help. Only FAQs. I’ve tried messaging through instagram- absolutely NOTHING. This is really disappointing !
