I have been trying to post my song in Spotify, the system is asking me for changes which I tried several times and still couldn’t post. I tried reaching them through the support mail. Never replied. I already payed and got nothing. Scam.

Unable to do anything at all! Keep getting “not enough balance in my voice” pop up message..
Was looking forward to trying this, unfortunately keep getting a message saying “not enough balance in my voice to complete this action” so I’m not able to move forward or do anything. Tried it numerous times over and over, don’t understand what’s wrong. I downloaded the app & after receding that same message every single time I just gave up and forgot about except now I’m forced to pay for it & Apple won’t allow me to even update or download any apps until this is paid! So disappointed…

Having used this app for about 3 days, all the credits gone meaning I can’t do any music and now asking me to pay for Phonk to get credits yet I have an annual subscription so what’s the reason for double payment? Then the app produces songs less than the 120secs required for it to be on Spotify and when you try to upload it’s rejected meaning no passive income as promised. So no credits, can’t make anymore songs as I need to pay more, short songs with glitches being rejected on Spotify? I wonder what’s the point of creating this app? My joy was short lived and I feel scammed,

I paid to create songs and publish them to Spotify, but my song is still stuck on “pending” with no clear update or timeline.
The biggest issue is the payment system. After creating a song, you cannot properly listen, edit, or improve it without creating a new version and paying again. This makes it very expensive just to fix small things.
There is no clear explanation of costs, and it feels like you keep getting charged without getting a finished result.
I contacted support and still waiting for a response.
I would not recommend this app if you are serious about making music. Be careful before spending money here.

Re write program for improvement
This AI generated app has a lot of issues. after getting a subscriptions, you can’t even use half of the qualities that it offers and forces you to pay more in order to use them. Plus the credits that you receive in the intro set subscription is not enough to actually proceed through to actually publish a song. I suggest y’all rewrite the whole program and adjust the parameters.

My songs are gone
For 2 days now I’ve not been able to access my songs.
They just disappeared!!!!
All I get is this:
“Something Went Wrong
We encountered an issue processing your request. Please try again.”
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I have logged out and logged back in.
Twice.
I have contacted support via email (necessary as the app will not allow me to contact them through it) and have yet to receive a response.
Yet somehow they have the audacity to have charged me the weekly subscription fee when they have yet to return the 15+ songs to my account?!?
FIX THIS!
