When I was unable to locate my electronic it occurred to me to see if there was an app to tune my 5 string banjo. I was So happy to find Banjo Tuner. It not only was able to tune my Banjo but it indicated which string I was tuning - always an issue for me. A very good app that I actually use where ever i a playing.

While it’s convenient, you will need to be in a very quiet room to work the tuning.

This app provides all the tuning with banjo and guitar and is dead accurate.I would venture to say that there is no better tuner for banjo or guitarAND it is free without adds!

Just bought a second hand banjo and it way way out of tune. Already have two banjo tuning apps but this one was the only one that was easy to use and gave great results. A big thank you to the developers of this app. 👍🙏
