Worst Banking App

I have several banking apps on my phone this one is by far the worst. Face ID only works 1 time then next time you go to sign in it wipes out username and password. App is basic and does work just glitches, links don’t always work. If you forget your password or if it locks you out of your account it takes a few hours to reach anyone by phone at the bank.

Never Works

I spend more time on the phone with customer service than I actually spend using the app. This app makes me want to close my account permanently. I have actually let my account slip into freeze because without mobile banking I won’t use it. The app will say my username or password is incorrect but the website will work with the exact same information. It is beyond frustrating.

Do better

This app made me reset my password a hundred different times and when I do reset it it says that I can’t use the same password. So now I have to come up with a different one almost every month.
