iPhone 16 incompatible!!
I have used the Millennium app for donkeys years, and always successfully with the latest and greatest iPhone releases until now… I purchased my iPhone 16 when it was released. Sporadically I try and activate the app on my new phone. Thus far it has never worked ! After sending the SMS, the clock whirrs round and round until it says it cannot connect and then blocks me for 15 minutes. This is recurring loop and never changes. I still have to log in via my old iPhone to look at my account which is highly frustrating !!

Amazing bank but they changed the app
I don’t know what end user study they did on the UI changes they’ve made in the banking app. I can’t even find how to make a simple bank transfer anymore, they’ve changed everything around, reworded things and it’s an absolute mess. The bank has been amazing for me for 10 years but in this current format this application is now useless.
I need my bank app for banking not to enter competitions or offers on unrelated financial things.

The app works pretty well. However, it’s disappointing that it’s not possible to create a virtual card.
Also, I wish they introduced the swipe back gesture, which would make the app easier to use.
