Add new good features and remove others
The new App update adds new good features, however I see some old features disappear. Example: I do not see the card transactions in monthly basis anymore. Only the recent few transactions.

new phone log in
this is worst for iphone holder in case u link ur account to other side is ask you to log in as new phone!!!!! and the issue is if you are out of oman it wont work at all need to fix it bank muscat other local banks app dont have same issue as ur and when you call them they simply say format your iphone🤣😂omg

Poor app. When you leave the app then reopen it after a while, it allows you to see the figures momentarily before logging you out.

Can’t open bank Muscat app
Why I can’t open the new vision of Bank Muscat in my iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.7 ?
Before it was working but they ask me to update the app, once I updated the the app the app is not working. Could you please support me ? I really need this application.

Keeps telling me that my device is not registered!
This has been going on for quite a while and I have to register my device every other day, although I am still using the same device! This is frustrating especially when traveling abroad and it needs an OTP!
