Frustrating Experience with Soft Token App

I have tried more than 8 times to activate the Bank Muscat soft token, and every single time I get the same error message: “session timeout, please login again.” No matter how carefully I follow the steps, the app simply does not work.

This is very disappointing for such a critical service. The process should be smooth and reliable, but instead, it wastes time and creates unnecessary frustration. I hope Bank Muscat takes this feedback seriously and fixes the app so customers can actually use it without these repeated errors.

Worst App for business owner

The app keeps crashing, i asked the bank to give me hard token several times, but they keep insisting me for soft token, the QR keeps showing me code expired when i reinstall due to some random reason, seriously you should fix the app before forcing people to use it or give an alternative to use so that the customer does not face difficulty.

Very annoying

The app is very annoying because it has a lot of glitches on frequent basis. The worst thing is you need to delete the app and install it again and then wait for 12 hours to use it to find out that the activation didn’t work and you do the same thing again and again. And yes of course you need to do the same for the corporate account as well.
Get your things sorted.
