I expect better from BOC … this app fails
Awful
This app has improved a tiny bit. But it’s still dismal. It makes me log in manually all the time, won’t hold onto my login info for more than a few hours despite me saying save ID, and adding biometrics. It’s a nightmare to use yet better than trying to navigate the website on a mobile device. Ideally they would overhaul the app. I don’t mind the security, but making me reenter my password every 6-12 hours is nuts.

Terrible App
Probably the most basic and dated app on the App Store. Can’t view statements, can only see transaction histories. No updates are pushed, and the customer is clearly not a priority.
ONGOING ISSUES
The app does not work, not recognizing Face ID, not allowing me to make an internal transfer of funds. I’ve tried for over a year to like this app. It is the least user friendly app ever. A waste of time.

Love the new upgrades, approve all my payments and Face ID is perfect on the go! Thanks BOC !! Keep it up.
No mobile deposit option.
With no mobile deposit this app is practically useless. This is an unacceptable omission.

Can't seem to do a mobile deposit. The option is not in the menu.
Can't even enter password
I am required to include a special character in my password online, but in the app, no special characters are allowed in the password field. Is this a joke? Can anyone actually use this app?
