You made it harder to just pull up my bills stop over thinking all of it and make it what it was. Easy! You have literally screwed us all so called updates on a simple app now it’s trash af!

Everyone I’ve interacted with at either of the Durango, CO branches has been courteous and accommodating.
That being said, when I was attempting to explore fortuitous options regarding my life savings (specifically my employer contributions,)
The local staff was ignorant of the available offerings.
Despite the “boilerplate printouts” that defined my option to control an owner-directed IRA, I learned, that “this was not a product they provided.”
After I left in search of better options, a Glacier Bank representative called me and offered interest bearing options for my employer matched contributions.
The One Big Happy Little Bank proved to be one nugget of a big chicken.
I have been consistently pleased with my interactions with the local staff, in terms of friendliness and professionalism.
The lack of knowledge is my only complaint.
