The app NEVER WORKS
The app is useless. And only one 24/7 atm in Durango. AND they charge you $10 to replace your card, $30 overdraft fees…. I’m over it.
No longer able to sign in
I have no issues on the web, but I’m getting an error every time in the app saying my information can’t be verified. Web prompts for an emailed code but app doesn’t.
Never Opens the First Time
The app consistently fails to log in on the first attempt, so it's been a hassle since using it to begin with, even after each update. However, after today's update, I can't log in at all. In response to other users who wondered if the issue is with their device–no, it's indeed the app.
The app is horrendous
The app is down more often than it’s working correctly. Constantly down at night, and frequently during the day, which is not convenient if you keep your card locked for security.
I mean, I guess it’s good if you never want to unlock it again.
Sorry to say that it kinda reflects the service you get at some of the branches too.
