Done & Done
The app is basically unusable on iPhone. After entering the PIN, the number keypad will not go away, which means you cannot access or press the “Done” button to continue. This is a basic login function and should have been caught and fixed. For an app people rely on to access important benefits, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix the iPhone keyboard/PIN issue.

Can’t get past the PIN number on a mobile phone
It made me set up a pin number or code to use the app. But I can’t get the screen to go away after entering the code. So I can’t use this app?!
Incompetence rules
You never keep up with the iPhone updates and the app has been borderline unusable for months now. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it. There is no successful way to send feedback in the app because that section is broken too.
App not working
App won’t even load. It’s stuck on the blue nature photo and nothing else

My Card is frozen since someone stole the money a few months back so now I freeze it after I use it every time. So here I am with my groceries and the dang app is frozen. I can’t even get in to unfreeze my card to use it… I restarted my phone that did not help. Tried to update that wasn’t even an option
