Can’t get past the PIN number on a mobile phone
It made me set up a pin number or code to use the app. But I can’t get the screen to go away after entering the code. So I can’t use this app?!
Incompetence rules
You never keep up with the iPhone updates and the app has been borderline unusable for months now. Keyboards block input and there is no way to adjust it. There is no successful way to send feedback in the app because that section is broken too.
App not working
App won’t even load. It’s stuck on the blue nature photo and nothing else

My Card is frozen since someone stole the money a few months back so now I freeze it after I use it every time. So here I am with my groceries and the dang app is frozen. I can’t even get in to unfreeze my card to use it… I restarted my phone that did not help. Tried to update that wasn’t even an option

Please stop with changing passwords I hate passwords and hate creating I don’t have a good memory and I can’t open my account because I need a new password stop with this already

I’ve reinstalled it many times, cleared history on phone, restarted phone and the app keeps asking me to login over and over for the past month.

The app makes things easy to update your information, there used to be a glitch that uploaded documents would disappear but I can see all the past documents ! Great update.
