Predatory
This app moved money from both me and my partner’s account into an account that was negative causing us a financial hardship. Both of us are disabled. We can’t pay rent now and that will cost us the money that was negative and some. Thank you so much for putting us into a financial hardship! You’re doing gods work!
Transactions post latent and don’t show pending, causing transaction misinformation with balance and what has and hasn’t been processed. The system that’s being used is really bad. Most banks post pending the moment it’s run through. Most CC processors are networked and aren’t processed manually so this argument is moot.
Overall the experience with this bank and especially its app which feels vibe coded at best…I’m going to suggest taking your money elsewhere.
After a recent experience where the bank refused to process a non approved charge. I definitely suggest not using this bank nor the app that reports poorly.
Now I’m being charged overdraft fees while having a positive account balance? I’ve never experienced anything like this with a banking institution. This feels like I’m being retaliated against for leaving reviews over concerns about the poor app functionality.

Nightmare
Making a payment from external accounts is nearly impossible. App’s features are close to none.
