Needs improvement
I don’t understand why you need separate sign in for business and personal accounts. Most large banks keep all accounts with one login. Please fix this bank of Hawaii it’s not user friendly as it is.
Amazing App
The deposit application from this app has been a game changer for me.
It works
It works but cumbersome. Too much time to log on, deposit, and check balances. But it beats having to go to or call the bank. The app itself needs to be tidied up and one portal.
Convenient!
I actually moved my business account over to Bank of Hawaii as it was just so much easier and convenient. Especially using the app for deposits for my personal and my business. The only thing I don’t like is that the personal and business account don’t join so you can transfer easily.
