In the past couple months I have become very familiar with the employees of the Bank Of Old Monroe, The Troy Missouri branch. I don’t know who does the training or the hiring but you’re doing some thing right. Every employee treats me with such respect and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.

We moved and didn't want to change banks as we've always been pleased with this bank. This mobile app has been a life saver because the nearest bank branch is a 15-20 min drive and my employer does not offer direct deposit, and my husband is self employed so no direct deposit for him either. We use the check deposit feature on the app weekly but I get aggravated with the app each time I go to use it. The bank personnel just tell me I need to update the app but I do that and it still doesn't help. The problem comes while I snap pictures of the from and back of the card. The photo/scanned image quality isn't very good for starters and then when u go to take a picture of the back of the check, it takes me about 10 attempts before it will accept the image. No matter how careful I am in lining up the check with my phone/camera, the scanned image is twisted and therefore the need to retake the picture until it finally takes correctly. I don't think it should be that difficult. Otherwise, all else in app seems to work fine.

Awful picture feature
Love the convenience but there are always issues with taking pics of check. We also bank somewhere else and their app even takes color pics of the check and never issues. This bank's app could be so much better.
