Not a great update
The app used to be very intuitive to use and you could view all of your account balances quickly without having to go to different pages. It also looks pretty dated now. I’m wondering how much of a hand Claude had in this because it feels like every other AI website I’ve seen recently, especially with some buttons that don’t go anywhere (for example, there was a back button left on the main page that doesn’t do anything). Very unfortunate, I really liked this app before. Points for added security measures with DuoMobile, though.

terrible layout
i loved this app before, but i hate the new layout. i don’t like the way it’s set up, its not colorful and looks just very boring. it looks too digital and there’s no creativity just numbers. it feels like im on a website not an app please change it to where it somewhat resembles the old layout
Best bank
This bank is the best bank i have ever used and the app is so simple they always have messages at the top for anyone experiencing any difficulties and the bank themselves is so easy to get ahold of
App Is Never Accurate
This app is always incorrect. And when trying to update it will not update from the App Store.

I really like how friendly quick and helpful PB & T Associates are when I call them
