Doesn’t Work Well
The app doesn’t work well what so ever will kick you out. And you go to login in and tells you your information is wrong. When it isn’t and it’s just super glitchy. This is so frustrating.
Works fine
With the new updates telling me how much money I actually have , the app is much better.
Don’t
My original bank was bought out by BOP around last year, and before I’ve never had a problem. After BOP bought them out I’ve been locked out of my account 6 times. I couldn’t even get to the login screen. It will remove my “biometric” login and when I go to sign in it won’t let me. Every time I call they say some other random excuse. The line was down, we had an update, software issues, my phone is too old, I’m not smart enough to remember my password even though when they reset my account I use the same one… trash app trash bank withdrawing all my money Monday morning.. save yourself the pain

The worst app I’ve ever used
There are various times I have had to transfer money and they will not transfer it right away. The app is always glitchy and I can never quickly access it.
App not working with iOS update
The app has not been working properly for me since the latest iOS update.
- I will see the login screen.

Then the circle progress bar spins for a bit, then it takes me to my home screen.

App don't work
I live 12 hrs away and kept my account up there so I can access it with the app but if it's not fixed I'm pulling my money

I support this app 100%, Touch ID should be a feature though. Keep up the good work!
