Unauthorized activities on daily basis
Overdraft fees! When this bank sent me new card to my home they switch my account from not having over draft fees to having one without my consent and since then they been charging me double on some occasions, they charge me after two day, some transaction after 4 days.. get my account into negative without any purchasing that day??? Like this morning I had $4 dollar in my checking to ovoid overdraft fees after couple hours without purchasing anything my checking is at -16$. When I try to see the merchant who charge me, it’s just a random one later followed by zip code!

Unable to see deposits in my account
I am very aggravated because I cannot see account deposits in my account for some reason I see later ones but not the most current ones. I do not know what’s going on.

Why is Zelle still unavailable?
Zelle was working just fine then suddenly it’s unavailable. It’s been two months, can’t send or receive money.
Zelle problem
Trying to send or receive money using zelle and I get a message that it is not working and to try again, annoying, it was not like this about a month ago.

NOT WORKING ON IPAD
The recent update has caused an issue with the 2 factor authentication. I was forced to sign out, and upon signing in again and entering the code that was texted to my cell, the app unexpectedly crashes. Cannot log in.
No Zelle
We’ve had a Bank of Texas business account for quite a while now and I keep hoping that eventually they will start using Zelle, but it is still not available. It makes it very difficult to pay contractors. I wish they would consider that.
