Terrible App

The app and the customer service is the worst. Pretty much every time I’ve called, I’ve had someone with a bad attitude not be able to help or want to help me. The app is no better. It has a slide ruler for your credit card payment and it never lands on the correct payment. Over all, terrible experience.

App logs you out every time and doesn’t let you efficiently find any information regarding services such as applying for an auto pre-approval purchase.
