I Love this app for all reasons👍
Needs work
This app is okay, but it doesn’t give you a lot of details about the things needed for routine questions. For example, it says you can text but it doesn’t actually allow you to text. You have to call. You can write down the number and then text. Not user friendly.
Making a payment
Make it easier to make a payment like putting a card on your account can’t figure out how to pay my car note
Staff
For the record, I called three times in a row asking for help with this app. Staff told me and I quote someone should call you back in a couple of days. After no one called me back, I called a second time and at the conclusion asked for an employee ID number, a last name or some way to reference the conversation. To which I was denied. Straight up the worst service I’ve ever had and as soon as it is convenient for me, I will transfer this loan.
