The app and the customer service is the worst. Pretty much every time Iβve called, Iβve had someone with a bad attitude not be able to help or want to help me. The app is no better. It has a slide ruler for your credit card payment and it never lands on the correct payment. Over all, terrible experience.

App logs you out every time and doesnβt let you efficiently find any information regarding services such as applying for an auto pre-approval purchase.

Bad design worse navigation
Very difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Why is it so hard to add an external transfer account. This is really one of the first features a finance app should have and with services like plaid this should be easy.
