Touch to Open Account Always Fails
Using fingerprint touch to log into my account always fails, closes me out and then have to redo to login. This is a flaw in Bank of the Wests app as I don’t get these errors for any other bank account. It’s annoying.

i’m very frustrated with this app it used to work great but now it is always saying I don’t have connectivity. Which is not true. Please update your app to keep up with technology!

Very poor app. My experience was the same as the previous review only much worse! The website had similar problems!
Not too bad
I really like this app, it does what it’s supposed to do. I had no problem with this app until I accidentally deleted it & had to re-download it. Now when I open the app it says ‘you do not have network connectivity..’. My WiFi connection is working perfectly. When I turn my WiFi off & use my data, the page won’t load. If they can fix this then I’d rate 5 stars.

Great app to quickly access my account
I really enjoy the Bank of the West mobile app. It is user friendly and allows quick access to important information. You can review account balances, view recent transactions, and create transfers between the accounts, which is really all you need from a banking app!
