The worst
Terrible app. Never able to log on.
Disappointed
I am very disappointed that the app doesn't work for HSA accounts. I'm thinking about moving my HSA to another bank if they don't update the app to allow HSA customers to use it, or offer an alternative app for HSA customers.
Disappointed
Was very excited when I found this app. I have an HSA account through them. Excitement quickly turned to disappointment when, after trying numerous times to log in, that this is only for "regular" customers and does not work with HSA accounts. Now I'm irritated that this is the only company my employer has to manage our HSA accounts, but me & many of my co-workers will be suggesting a change on the next employee opinion survey, rest assured.

Doesn't work for an HSA! You need to have other accounts with them.
Not Usable
App access is unavailable for people who only have a Bancorp Bank HSA account. You need to have a standard account in order to use the app for your HSA account.
