App is trash and old
The app is pretty old and slow to function. Also the transfer funds screen doesn’t display balances on the drop down during the transfer process. FSNB is typically behind other banks by 10 years.
Can’t login on the app
For several weeks I been having tons of issues logging in to the app.
What’s up with the load time?
Usually, it takes longer than other apps for FSNB mobile banking to fully load and open. Lately it’s taking upwards of five minutes to be able to look at your account. I have been able to log into the IVR check my account and ask customer service a question hang up the phone and the app is still not fully loaded. Do something about this.

Recently the app won’t open!! Same happens for my son. I get lucky if I can get it to open! Which is annoying! Idk what’s going on but please fix it!

Go to log in on the app. Been an elite member since 2011. It says on the log in screen there is an update to go to the App Store and install it…WHERE?! Where is the update sir, ma’am?? Not seeing it! It’s always something with this bank. ALWAYS!
