Love the app…but one thing
I love TVA and the new app is much better than the older one. The only thing I wish would work better is check images. I can never get my cleared check images to show. It always says “item not found according to query criteria”, whatever that means. Please fix this! Otherwise, love everything about TVA!

So many ads!
This is the only banking app that I have that uses cookies to track their users for advertising. Main page looks like horrible outdated website cluttered with ads, not a banking app.
Spend time cleaning up your app and make it usable instead of trying to make an extra penny from the ads.

By far the most unprofessional app on my phone let alone a banking app. Try it yourself, just look at the main page when you first open it.

Nope
I used to love this mobile banking app because it was simple, fast, and had great modern features. Unfortunately, many of those features seem to be gone now and the app glitches constantly. Recently it won’t even let me enter the app, even after reinstalling it and updating to the latest version. What used to make banking easier now just slows me down and makes things more frustrating.
