Absolutely Horrible

Please save yourself time, headache, and money by never opening an account with this god awful credit union. This app is glitchy, outdated, and at some points completely inoperable. Not to mention that KFCU doesn’t follow their own rules and guidelines for appropriate payout times and overdraft fees.

no zelle

They offer zelle up and down on the website yet you cannot access zelle at all through the mobile app😄 you actually can’t make any transfers through the app. Only through 3rd parties such as apple pay, which i had to manually type my card in… app needs a major update with tools that work
