New update is broken for me

Latest update won’t download. Getting ‘no internet’ messages (yet I’m leaving a review from the same device). Customer service no help.

Awful app

Login is terrible, Face ID never saves, have to manually log in every time.

Inside the app is clunky, can’t link my external accounts.

They really need to switch to a new provider

Terrible

Crashes all the time and never lets me do transfers. Can never get Zelle to work so I don’t even know why they offer it as an option on the app. Never had so many issues with a bank before. Going to close my account with them.

Mobile deposit doesn’t work

Can’t get mobile deposit to work. Never had an issue with other banking apps. Very frustrating.

Little tricky to setup

Make sure you setup your account on a pc first otherwise the app will crash immediately after entering your code and never finish setup (iPhone 6).
Also, I miss the account preview button from the old app. It was nice to see my balance without having to sign all the way in.

Good till it stopped working

This iteration of the app is terrible you can't even see recent transactions. You can see your balance and that is it. Completely worthless at this point I go right to the website now.
