Adding card to card controll
It wouldn’t let me add my card, and said to contact customer service so I did. They said I could retry to add it in one hour and it still didn’t work hours later.
HORRIBLE.
app literally never works. i keep my card locked at all times and now i cant even get into the cards app to unlock it. how am i supposed to use my card if i can get into the app. theres no other way to unlock it except by calling and you cant call out of hours.

Honestly worst banking app ever
Never works ever. It will work for a month. Then for 3 months I can only use the site to see anything i want. Might have to switch banks cause this bank does not care about its app.

Love the control I feel I have over my card. Being notified whenever I deem appropriate. Turning my card on/off is the best! Helps my account feel safer!

I Love this feature! At times it gets tricky! When using card go to settings and tap always allow for the time limit you are using the card if it’s not turned on it will lock you out! You can then go back in and turn it off ! But I love this app my account it so much more secure! And I never give my card out online!

If I could give zero stars I would
This app deletes my settings all the time. Every time OZK has an internal update, my security and control settings get reset which then results in fraud on my account. This is not something I should have to check daily to ensure my account is safe. That is their job as the bank to ensure their customers money is secure. That their own internal updates don’t reset customers controls leaving account vulnerable to fraud. But apparently I do since this happens more often than it should.

Just make it part of the banking app
Best feature ever!
I love this feature that my bank offers. There is nothing like peace of mind when it comes to your money. The fact that I can turn my card off and keep it off until I need it and there isn’t a fee is honestly amazing! I’ve never had an issue turning my card on or off and I think there is something to say knowing that you can enjoy your day without worrying Suzy q is going to spend all the money on your card at Walmart. Thank you Bank OZK!

Completely Unnecessary
Not user friendly, a hassle to switch back and forth from the mobile app, and really kinda pointless.
