Spotty performance and no IT support for customers

The website has gone down three times since the move to the new format. Additionally, there are reoccurring errors in my account. After multiple interactions, I was told I had to go into my branch to see if they could fix the errors. I will have to take off work to do this. I am not impressed with this service..
