Love the ease of use for this app. The bank is wonderful and very friendly to deal with. Highly recommend.
Substandard quality
Constantly crashes, glitches, and or makes you confirm identity through text messages… freezes frequently. A complete joke of an app for a bank that is already mid tier at best
Works…barely
App loading after login can be very slow and has lots of network connection issues whether connected to wifi or data.
Typically I have to open the app 2-3 times to check charges, deposit checks. Overall it does do what it is supposed to do but is buggy.

Takes so long to transfer
takes a long time to do a transfer. You wait forever for the info to come through
UCB online
I use the online system all the time , whether to pay my bills or transfer money from one acct to another and it’s very easy to navigate UCB’s online system. If I have to go to the bank all the employees from the tellers to the bankers are all extremely nice and helpful!!UCB is an excellent bank.
