Works…barely
App loading after login can be very slow and has lots of network connection issues whether connected to wifi or data.
Typically I have to open the app 2-3 times to check charges, deposit checks. Overall it does do what it is supposed to do but is buggy.

Takes so long to transfer
takes a long time to do a transfer. You wait forever for the info to come through
UCB online
I use the online system all the time , whether to pay my bills or transfer money from one acct to another and it’s very easy to navigate UCB’s online system. If I have to go to the bank all the employees from the tellers to the bankers are all extremely nice and helpful!!UCB is an excellent bank.
fraud
i received a check that i was up front with them about. they threaten to cancel my account saying i committed fraud. i did not commit any fraud

Makes life a little easier
This app has saved us so much money over the years! It’s an easy way to keep track of our accounts and sends me a text message if an account gets below a certain amount, thus saving me from getting an overdraft or automatic transfer. And I can make transfers between accounts or pay extra on a loan any time of the day or night.

I love all the people I have dealt with in this branch. It has always been and will continue to be my bank. friendly and helpful… with smiles.

Basic app. Not as useful as other banks. Views of accounts and actions are a bit more limited. Forced to go to website for further actions.
