FDR Auto Renewal
The app needs major improvement in FD management. The FDR auto renewal option is set to “YES” by default, and there is no option in the iOS app to turn it off. Users should have full control over whether they want to renew their FD or not.
Another big issue is that the FD closing option is completely missing from the app. Basic features like disabling auto renewal and closing an FD should be easily accessible in mobile banking apps.
Very disappointing experience on iOS due to the lack of these essential features.

Rather previous app was better. This is the worst app I use.

Why UCB one not provide E loan for ios users. This is very insulting for iphone users.
