I have never used this kind of useless app ever in my life. With so many bugs emergency transactions are now impossible. Trying buying app from third party instead of building by yourself.

FDR Auto Renewal
The app needs major improvement in FD management. The FDR auto renewal option is set to “YES” by default, and there is no option in the iOS app to turn it off. Users should have full control over whether they want to renew their FD or not.
Another big issue is that the FD closing option is completely missing from the app. Basic features like disabling auto renewal and closing an FD should be easily accessible in mobile banking apps.
Very disappointing experience on iOS due to the lack of these essential features.

Why this app in 2026 doesn’t even have a dark mode? I mean how come? Please make animations more smooth as app is nice but slower animation doesn’t match the vibe exactly
USD credit payment issue
Rubbish app.
When I try to pay my USD credit card bill, it is paid in BDT instead of USD.
I.e. if I try to pay 35 USD bill it is paid 35 BDT instead of USD.

Add supoort for ios 15 and later
There are lots of user who use ios 15. on older phones. Other banks support all of them. Please add support for ios 15 or earlier version

Mini statement
Mini statement is hard to discover on new UCB one app. You have to click on the account number at the home screen. Also the statement doesn’t update on holidays, leading to confusion about transactions during weekends if a transaction was made at the weekend, it should update daily.
Dark Mode
Please add dark mode feature.
Credit card statement option
In the card section when you click on the card, the statement whether billed or unbilled is going on and off. Fix this plz
