Staff doesn’t follow privacy policy
One of the bank managers gave a business my personal information over the telephone, all without my permission. We alerted corporate, and they confirmed that she accessed our account to do so. However, she still works there in the same position. You simply cannot trust Bank Plus with your data. You’re better off someone where that takes data protection seriously.
