Downtime is excessive
I wasn’t able to access my account info online from last night until well after the bank closed today. The message I saw on the website (not the app) indicated it was down for maintenance. Daytime maintenance M-F is not acceptable. A message saying it was going to take mace would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Service declining
BankESB used to have great app and customer service. Both continue to decline. App requires a code sent you your phone but never actually sends the code. Calling for help now sends you to a call center instead of the local folks that used to help you.
App won’t load banking details
Need to log in over 10 times for the network error to go away.

The app is so easy to use I love the deposit a check feature! ESB really knows what their customers need to make banking easy!
