Horrible UI made almost impossible to use or see
Ease of use of this once great app is now gone. The login either slides off the page when trying to normally login or do a transfer. Lovely. What are you adapting to horrible iOS 26? Lord help us.
In addition, the UI has tiny font so if you’re able to login to the half sized small design or your login button disappears when trying to transfer, it’s a chore to do with the font being microscopic.
For once it’s not iOS, it’s whomever made this poorly chosen design. Please go back to what worked: simplicity.

Greatest bank! Old school customer service that is always on point. Michele and her staff rock!
Mobile deposit problematic at best
Every time I try to take a photo of a check for remote deposit, I get a black screen that says I need to rotate my phone to take the photo.
The only way to get past that is to select another app, then go back in and take the photo.
I need to do that with EVERY check I deposit.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it, still the same.
Also, many times when I take a photo, it is a PERFECTLY clear photo, but it says it is unreadable. As the check needs to be verified by a live person at the bank, I don’t see why I cannot make the determination as to readability.

I enjoy using the bank Gloucester app it’s always on point and very helpful and the bank send notifications 😀. Been at bank Gloucester now for about 1 year and I don’t plan on leaving

Terrific app especially during the covid-19 outbreak.
Honestly, I loved this before the outbreak. Being able to look at savings and check balances, transferring money, viewing checks etc without having to go to a branch or atm is extremely convenient.

Most of the time this app works perfectly. Everyone's in a while there's a little glitch, but if I have to call the bank it's okay, I talk to Lisa and she always fixes everything. App: four stars; Lisa: five stars!

Frustrated!
I am SO frustrated with this app. Unfortunately it does not let you view "your offers" for the reward offers on the mobile site. Why not? If I try to log on to the website JUST to view and select offers, I have to wait for them to email me a code every time, even though I have logged in on my ipad a million times. Then, I'm on the website on my ipad and I try to view the offers, but it opens them on a little space about 1/2 inch high so I STILL can't view them. On the app, sometimes I have to go back and forth between another app and the bank app to do a bill setup or something, but this app immediately times you out and you have to go thru the whole login thing again.
