Not even 1 star!
This application is an example of a credit union attempting to improve yet verifies it utter decline.Not only does it ignores accommodating legacy technology, they eliminate the ability of being able to deposit checks via the website!
Whoever designed this site has absolutely no clue of usability testing and the credit union approved this ????!!!! It tells me loud and clear that either they do not care about members or they are incompetent.
I have repeatedly suggested revising the application since it was released some moths ago with just the standard customer service apologies but with complete inaction.

Performance Login Slow
Nice design but I have an issue every time I open this app, the login page takes over 10 seconds to complete before I can fill in the authentication. Better to use HFCU on the website than this until this issue is fixed. Thanks
Great enhancements
The redesign is a real upgrade. Cleaner layout, intuitive navigation, and a modern look that makes transactions feel effortless. Much better than before.

Definitely a more user friendly application, though there was nothing wrong with the previous format but this new one has better accessibility features.
