Trying to login from mobile app is not working. i’ve changed my password twice and still not able to log in from app
Dashboard issue
After just a couple of views the Dashboard will not display at all… just blank. I keep having to delete the app and reinstall to use.

Terrible mobile banking bank
This app is terrible. Mobil banking with HFCU is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t do it! The whole system is not friendly if you are hoping for a smooth mobil banking option.
Doesn't register iPhone 14 pro max device - need an OTP constantly
I have used this app for years. It's always been a bit old fashioned and sloppy but it usually works. It works as it should on my older iPhone XS max but on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max it continuously forces me to get a secure access code (OTP) every single time I log in even though Face ID is working and I have selected register this device about 100 times and I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times in the last two weeks and I have run every software update Apple has issued. This HFCU app hasn't been updated in 8 months. That alone is reason to be concerned - one can only imagine all the security updates that they haven't issued... I have reached out to the credit union and all I get is lip service. They clearly don't care. They have no intention of actually fixing their app bug. If you have the latest iPhone do yourself a favor and skip this app. It's so annoying every time I log in SECURE ACCESS CODE then REGISTER DEVICE, lather rinse repeat. It's so annoying. Don't waste your time downloading this dud.

My log in is disabled. They verified me but still can’t seem to get their IT people to cooperate. Very difficult experience

What’s the point of an app if you can’t pay bills in it? This is the most basic function of a banking app. Garbage.

Great app but constantly down
I swear every other day this app is down for “maintenance” and there’s literally no good reason. What if there were an emergency and I needed to use the app during these down times? Not only that but they schedule these times in the morning or at night so you could get screwed because they constantly tool with the app.
Stop changing things and cutting off our access to our money during times we need it. There’s absolutely no reason to “be down” so often.

Transfers
The app hasn’t been allowing me transfer money and it hasn’t been showing the checking account as an option for transfer either. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.
