Always issues
Every update brings new issues with the app. Very frustrating!
Keeps losing apps and devices
App needs more work to get it more stable as it keeps losing devices and then will not read u less u remove and reinstall the app
Can’t select patient for submitting claim
This bug keeps coming up. Asked Bankmed to look into it. Can’t select a patient other than myself. Normally deleting the app and reinstalling works but now it just not work at all
Disappointed
The latest version is an improvement as I can now login, prev. it used to hang for infinity. As soon as I clicked on Settings the app closed! When will they get it right?
Worst app on my phone
Can’t open it just hangs. One would think that an app developed by and for bank employees would actually work!
