Never Works

When requesting support I always get the answer to uninstall and reinstall. Complicated with very little functionality. Hard to use. If I can give it a zero star rating I would.

App glitches and not syncing

The app is performing poorly. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to update and sync my workouts.

I recently lost at least a month’s worth of workout points

Worst App Ever!!

Rewards I earned did not reflect on the app for months. After I called to get it fixed. My previous rewards never reflected. The app only worked a few weeks and then it displayed unable to load rewards again. It just keeps malfunctioning.

The app is very stressful to use at it’s not always working, it didn’t record and of my December activities and sometimes it will disconnect my Apple health app and not update my workouts
